CANCELLATION FEES
WEB RATE
- Low and medium season:
Free cancellation up to 4 days before arrival. In case of canceling less than 3 days in advance, the amount corresponding to the first night will be charged.
Failure to show up on the day of arrival will result in the charge of 100% of the stay
- High season:
(From December 4 to 7, from December 24 to January 9 and from April 2 to 4)
Free cancellation up to 11 days before arrival.
In case of cancellation:
- With 10 days or less in advance, the amount corresponding to 25% of the stay will be charged
- From 4 to 7 days before arrival the amount corresponding to 50% of the stay will be charged
- With less than 3 days the amount corresponding to 75% of the total stay will be charged
- Failure to show up on the day of arrival will result in the charge of 100% of the stay
NON REFUNDABLE RATE
Discounted rate that requires a non-refundable deposit of 100% of the total reservation.
This rate does not allow changes or cancellations
Tourist tax: From stays dated 07/01/22, the price of the reservation does not include the tourist tax of €1.56 per person and per day (a maximum of 7 days) for people over 16 years of age, pay directly at the hotel reception on the day of arrival
